Placing Order

Please ensure that you check the details of your Order before submitting it as We will not be liable to you for any errors which you make. For example, please check carefully that you have correctly set out your address. If you think that you may have made a mistake, please contact us.

Changes to order

We reserve the right to change your order from our side under following conditions (App & or Website):

  1. If you select wrong clothing or select wrong service
  2. If the amount of clothes we received doesn’t match those mentioned upon order
  3. If you request to cancel or change anything
  4. Extra charges or reduction may be applicable according to the changes

We will inform you through call or email before making any changes

Cancellation or rescheduling

If you are a customer, you have the statutory right to cancel an Order within 60 minutes of placing order

  1. You have the right to cancel by emailing us or calling us before our pick up service is set on the way
  2. You cannot cancel after we receive your laundry
  3. You can reschedule your delivery under 24 hours by emailing or calling us
  4. Extra charges of rescheduling or cancelling may be applicable as we see fit

Collection and delivery

Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time, however due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the delivery times.

If you’ve requested us to deliver your laundry at your gate/with the security guard at your security premises/anyone other than the customer itself then we do not hold the liability of your clothes if found damages or stolen.

We’ll only deliver your cleaned clothes after the whole payment is through.

Others

Customers are requested to examine the articles at the time of delivery; we would not be held responsible for any damages that are found after the delivery of processed articles

We accept no liability for any loss or damage to clothes arising due to fire, burglary, etc. which are beyond our control or similar incidences

We would not take any responsibility for valuables/article/cash, etc. inadvertently kept in the articles which are mutilated or unrecoverable after processing.

Tariffs for designer wear, high-end fabric-based clothes, or complex article pieces would be decided on a case-to-case basis. This pricing would be communicated to the customer directly at the store once the article has been examined by the experts present at the stores.

We shall not be held responsible for any ornaments or jewellery fittings on your clothes getting damaged during the processing.

We shall not be held responsible for shrinkage, damage, cuts, holes, scratches, stains, etc. becoming apparent during the wash process due to defective manufacturing, adulteration, deterioration, wear & tear, and exposure to the environment.

We Lulla’s laundry reserve the rights to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior intimation or notice.
